One-on-one phone or video consultations

Written assessments and personalized plans

Short-term follow-up support via email, text, or direct messaging

Digital products such as PDFs, guides, and future courses
All services are provided remotely.
2. Educational & Non-Medical Nature of Services
Our services are educational and supportive in nature. They are not medical care, do not constitute diagnosis or treatment, and do not replace advice from a physician or licensed healthcare provider.
By using our services, you acknowledge that:

We do not provide emergency, diagnostic, or medical treatment

You remain responsible for all healthcare decisions for your child

You agree to seek in-person medical care when advised or when symptoms require it
3. Client Responsibilities
By engaging in our services, you agree to:

Provide complete, accurate, and honest information

Submit all required intake forms, questionnaires, photos, and videos as requested

Complete all required materials at least 24 hours before scheduled calls

Actively participate and apply recommendations provided
You understand that outcomes depend on your consistency and commitment, and results are not guaranteed.
4. Payments & Pricing

All services must be paid in full, upfront, in USD, via PayPal or Venmo

No services, assessments, or calls will be scheduled until payment is received

All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of participation or outcome. This includes any 1-1 consultations or digital products: Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
5. Scheduling, Calls & Attendance
Clients may take as long as needed to schedule and attend their paid sessions.
However:

Calls will only proceed once all required paperwork, photos, and videos are submitted on time

Failure to submit required materials may delay services without refund
Free introductory calls are informational only and do not include assessments or personalized guidance.
6. Ongoing Support & Communication
Follow-up support may be provided for a limited period (typically up to two weeks) via email, text, or direct messaging.
You acknowledge that:

Messaging platforms are not secure medical systems

Support provided through messaging is general and supplemental

Important guidance may be documented separately for record-keeping
We are not responsible for how third-party platforms store or process data.
7. Photos, Videos & Submitted Media
Clients may voluntarily submit photos or videos of their infant to assist with assessment.
By submitting media, you confirm that:

You are the parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver

You consent to the use of this content for assessment purposes

Media may be stored for documentation or follow-up purposes
Photos or videos will never be shared publicly without explicit parental consent.
8. Referrals
When appropriate, we may suggest referrals to other professionals or service providers. Any such referrals are informational only, and you are responsible for choosing and engaging with external providers.
9. Client Conduct
Clients agree to communicate respectfully and professionally at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if behavior is:

Abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate

Harassing or threatening

Disruptive to professional boundaries
No refunds will be issued if services are terminated for conduct reasons.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion if:

Professional boundaries are not respected
11. Intellectual Property
All materials provided, including plans, documents, PDFs, and content, are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.
